Lane University Center

The Lane University Center is the central hub of the Frostburg State University campus. It plays a pivotal role in student life at Frostburg State, as well as providing student organizations, 教师, 工作人员, 校友, community members, and visitors to our campus with an opportunity to experience the best our university has to offer.

More than just a brick-and-mortar building or a space to have your meeting, the Lane University Center is the “living room” for the campus community. From hanging out in the Derezinski lounge, enjoying one of the many dining options in Appalachian Station, challenging your friends on your favorite video game in the 游戏的房间, to burning calories in the AstraZeneca fitness center, the Lane University Center provides students with a place to unwind after class.

There is always something happening in the Lane University Center. Have lunch at the Loft stage while enjoying live music at a monthly “Tunes at Noon,” find out more about campus organizations by visiting some of the lobby tables on the second floor, or look for large scale concerts, 时装表演, 喜剧演员, 讲座, and other events happening in the Alice R. Manicur Assembly Hall.

爱丽丝R. Manicur Assembly Hall is also the premier venue in the area for members of our local community to host weddings, 团聚, 毕业舞会, 方, and other social events!
